8-Year Finish Warranty: Deck Vista's 8-year Finish Warranty shields your balusters from peeling, ensuring lasting beauty.
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
The product must be used for Residential Purposes, defined as installations on single-family detached or duplex housing units occupied by the owner as their primary residence.
Limitations
Environmental Conditions: Products are not suitable for areas with: Winds exceeding 60 MPH (100 KPH) Heavy salt air exposure (e.g., within one mile of the ocean in tropical climates) Powder coat finish not covered under these conditions.
Exclusions: Damage caused by normal weathering, fading, scratches, pollution, or other corrosive atmospheric contaminants. Acts of God (e.g., tornadoes, lightning), misuse, or abuse. Fasteners and screws used during installation are not covered.
Installation & Modifications: Warranty is void if: Installation deviates from Deck Vista's guidelines or building codes. Product is modified, altered, or combined with non-Deck Vista systems.
Claim Process
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of defect discovery.
Required documentation: Written claim to Deck Vista. Photos of the defect. Original purchase receipt from an authorized dealer.
Deck Vista reserves the right to investigate claims and choose to repair, replace, or refund the product.
Care & Maintenance
Cleaning: Wash with a quality car soap and rinse with water. Use automotive car wax to maintain finish. Avoid harsh abrasives, steel wool, or acid solutions.
Annual Inspection: Check railings, fencing, and fasteners for structural integrity.
Salt Air Conditions: Regularly wash salt deposits and apply automotive wax to prolong coating life.
Legal and Governing Laws
Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan.
